But here’s the twist:You’re not meant to have all the answers all the time. Especially not under pressure. Especially not when your nervous system is already revving from years of fight-or-flight.

💡 It’s the trust that your answers will arrive — when your energy is calm, not chaotic.

Go for a walk. Get some sun. Breathe. Dance.
Gate 4’s insights often land when your mind is relaxed and your body is supported.

You’re not lazy. You’re wise. Sometimes, stepping back is the most powerful step forward.
✨ 4. Be the Guide, Not the Savior
Your mind is powerful, especially when helping others. But not every answer is for you to carry — or solve. Let that be enough.

Then — instead of spiraling — move.
