🥗 Balanced, hormone-loving meals. Your body needs carbs, protein, and healthy fats (yes, all of them!)—timed right and portioned with intention. Not restriction.
🧠 A regulated nervous system. Stress plays a massive role in weight retention. Your workouts and nutrition only work if your system isn’t living in constant fight-or-flight. This one is a big one for me...I mean we made it to midlife which is a celebration, but with that is all the past traumas and stressors that someone in their 20s/30s may not have. We must finally learn to regulate.
💤 Rest and rhythm. You can’t outwork a dysregulated circadian rhythm or a fried adrenals. Midlife fat loss means better habits, not harder hustle.
👯♀️ Support + accountability. Because let’s be honest: You’ve tried doing it alone. But real transformation happens in a connected container, with others walking the same path.

I went to a pool party recently—the same one I went to last year.
Last year, I showed up... just barely. I was there physically, but not emotionally. Just surviving.
